This notice details the processing and utilization of data provided during venue rental and event booking, along with the measures and regulations implemented to ensure data protection. On the website kulturdancestudio.hu, we process the following data, with a precise indication of the legal basis:
COMMUNICATION DATA
This includes any messages sent to us through the website, email, social media, or any other form of communication. We process and retain this data to fulfill bookings and provide a basis for any potential legal claims. Our legal basis for this processing is the verifiable interest of the user in our activities, as evidenced by messages addressed to us.
CLIENT DATA
This includes all information related to the rental of products and the use of services. We process this data to successfully fulfill rentals/bookings and to maintain legally adequate records. This includes:
- Client’s name
- Billing information
- Email address
- Phone number
- Service details
The legal basis for processing is the user’s explicit interest in our services, which necessitates the storage of these data to ensure proper service provision.
TECHNICAL DATA
This includes data generated during the use of the site, such as IP address, browser information, time spent on specific pages, page views, navigation paths, number and date of visits, time zones, and device data used to view the site.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). These data are processed to analyze user behavior on the website, maintain website security, and assess the effectiveness of marketing decisions.
The legal basis for processing is the user’s explicit interest in our activities, which allows us to process these data in accordance with security requirements and utilize them for business development and operational efficiency.
MARKETING DATA
This category includes visitor preferences regarding the types of marketing content they are willing to receive from us. These data are processed to send advertisements related to services in which the user has expressed interest.
The collected data may be used periodically for purposes such as delivering targeted, relevant advertisements on platforms like Facebook™, Instagram, or Google, as well as dynamic advertising networks, and measuring the effectiveness of advertisements.
The legal basis for processing is the user’s explicit interest in our activities, which enables us to process these data in accordance with security expectations and leverage them for business growth and operational effectiveness.
In the course of our activities, we do not collect sensitive data such as ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual life and orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health information, genetic, or biometric data.
3. HOW DO WE COLLECT DATA?
We may collect personal data in cases where the user directly provides them to us (e.g., by sending a message).
Additionally, certain data are collected automatically during website usage through technologies such as cookies and similar tracking tools. These technologies only become active upon the user’s explicit consent.
We may also receive certain data from external partners, such as analytics service providers (e.g., Google, a non-EU partner) and advertising networks (e.g., Facebook™, a non-EU partner).
Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
The data controller utilizes the Google AdWords online advertising program and its associated conversion tracking service. Google conversion tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter “Google”).
When a user accesses the website via a Google advertisement, a cookie required for conversion tracking is placed on their device. These cookies have a limited validity period and do not contain personal data, ensuring that the user cannot be personally identified.
If the user visits certain pages of the website before the cookie expires, both Google and the data controller can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement.
Each Google AdWords client receives a unique cookie, making it impossible to track users across different AdWords clients’ websites.
The information collected via conversion tracking cookies is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for this service. These statistics inform advertisers about the number of users who clicked on their ads and subsequently navigated to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, advertisers do not receive information that allows for the identification of individual users.
Users who do not wish to participate in conversion tracking can opt out by disabling cookie storage in their browser settings. As a result, their activity will not be included in conversion tracking statistics.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files stored on the user’s computer, to help analyze website usage.
Information generated by these cookies about website usage is usually transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA. By activating IP anonymization on this website, Google truncates the user’s IP address within EU member states or other states party to the European Economic Area Agreement before transmission.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate the user’s website usage, compile reports on website activity, and provide additional services related to website and internet usage.
The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser within Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Users can prevent cookies from being stored by configuring their browser settings accordingly. However, in this case, some features of the website may not be fully usable.
Additionally, users can prevent Google from collecting and processing data generated by cookies related to their website usage (including their IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at:

Withdrawal of consent and requests to unsubscribe from messages or to be removed from the database can be made via email at info@kulturdancestudio.hu. In the event of unsubscribing from marketing communication, we can still send messages, but only regarding service fulfillment.
5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We retain user data only as long as necessary to fulfill legal, accounting, and data reporting obligations or to maintain service functionality.
We consider factors such as data volume, nature, sensitivity, and the potential impact of a data breach when determining the retention period.
For tax purposes, we are required to retain billing and purchase information for customers for at least the duration prescribed by applicable laws to fulfill our legal obligations.

8. ELECTRONIC MONITORING AND RECORDING SYSTEM
At the premises of Kultur Dance Studio (1045 Újpest, Berni Street 1), operated by Kultúr Fonó Kft., an electronic monitoring and recording system is in operation. This system includes 16 (sixteen) surveillance cameras placed in the facility, courtyard, and access routes to the rooms.
Purpose of Data Processing: The surveillance system is in place to protect property by preventing, detecting, and documenting illegal activities (e.g., unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other damages), identifying irregularities and accidents, clarifying facts related to such incidents, apprehending offenders, and proving violations. Additionally, it aims to enhance the sense of security for visitors, prevent misconduct, and handle guest complaints effectively.
Legal Basis for Data Processing: The processing of surveillance data is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as the Data Controller has a legitimate interest in property protection.
The system captures the facial images and other personal data of individuals entering and staying within the premises of the Studio. The camera system operates 24/7. However, it does not record audio.
The recorded footage is stored separately on a secure server located at the Data Controller’s headquarters, ensuring that unauthorized individuals cannot view or copy the recordings. The video recording system’s menu is protected by a secure password, accessible only to the Data Controller.
Only the Data Controller is authorized to view the live camera feed, review recorded footage, and store data on external media, solely for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice.
